All the WTT plants are manufactured in-house. Our skilled workers have extensive experience in working with hydraulics, pneumatics and certified welding to ensure that our products are of the highest quality. All the final products built in our workshop are controlled and tested through different checklists and FAT tests before being shipped to our customers.
The production work is based on the 3D and 2D drawings produced in-house as well as flow charts during the building process of our treatment plants. All our welders are certified according to the standards listed below and the work can be done in both stainless and black iron.

All our welders at WTT are certified after DS/EN ISO 9606-1 and ASME B31.3
We have welding procedures to several steel grades:
- ASME section IX 2017 ASME B 31.3 all in HLO45 from Ø10-Ø200 GTAW (141) black steel
- ASME section IX 2017 ASME B 31.3 all in HLO45 from Ø140-Ø all MCAW-FCAW (136/138) black steel
- ASME section IX 2017 ASME B 31.3 all in HLO45 from Ø10-200 GTAW (141) stainless steel
- ASME section IX 2017 ASME B 31.3 all in HLO45 from Ø140-Ø all GTAW-FCAW (141/138) stainless steel
We can weld all pipes from >Ø10 in all positions, in black and stainless steel, ASME B31.3.
In ISO we can weld pipe from >Ø10 in all positions in black and stainless-steel DS/EN ISO 9606-1 as well as tanks and plates in all positions after pressure directive and machinery directive, after DS/EN ISO 9606-1.
We can also weld plates > 6mm with powder welder after DS/EN ISO 9606-1 or pipes/tanks >Ø1000 all in stainless and black steel.
